These Crock Pot Pork Chops are a delicious and easy 4-ingredient recipe slow-cooked to tender perfection in a creamy ranch-flavored gravy. Perfect for busy weeknights or comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 pork chops (thinly sliced, boneless or bone-in)
  • 1 oz Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (or 3 tablespoons)
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray or use a liner.
  2. Place the pork chops evenly at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  3. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix on both sides of each pork chop.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops, covering them completely.
  6. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
  7. Once done, remove pork chops and serve with the gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Notes

  • Use low-sodium soups to reduce sodium content.
  • Substitute cream of celery or cream of onion for flavor variation.
  • You can use chicken breasts instead of pork chops.
  • Homemade cream soups can be used as a healthier option.
  • Cooking on low heat yields the best texture; high heat may dry out the meat.
