Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip is a quick, no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheese, rich caramel, and fresh apple slices — perfect for fall gatherings and holiday parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits or chopped pecans
  • 45 medium apples, sliced (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla extract or cinnamon if desired.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
  3. Pour caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle crushed toffee, chopped pecans, or other toppings over the caramel.
  5. Arrange sliced apples around the dip for serving. To prevent browning, toss apple slices in lemon juice.

Notes

  • For a salted caramel version, replace regular caramel with salted caramel sauce.
  • Mix creamy peanut butter into the cream cheese for a nutty twist.
  • Assemble the cream cheese layer ahead of time, but add caramel and toppings just before serving.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
