This cookie dough dip is a quick, no-bake dessert that’s safe to eat and perfect for parties or late-night cravings. Made with cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, and chocolate chips, it captures the flavor of raw cookie dough without any eggs or flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy using a hand or stand mixer.
  3. Add confectioners sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Reserve a few chocolate chips to sprinkle on top before serving.
