  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Extra crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal using a food processor or rolling pin until fine.
  2. Mix the crushed cereal with melted butter and sugar to form the crust mixture.
  3. Press about one tablespoon of crust mixture into each mini cupcake liner or silicone mold.
  4. Place the crusts in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then continue mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the heavy cream gently until the filling is creamy and lump-free.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled crusts and smooth the tops.
  9. Top with crushed cereal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
