  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and salt to a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
