Christmas Pinwheels are festive, no-bake holiday appetizers made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and colorful veggies rolled in tortillas. Quick to prepare, easy to customize, and perfect for parties or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (0.4 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup minced sweet red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Add the minced red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and olives. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture over each tortilla, reaching the edges.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Slice each roll into 1/2-inch pieces to create pinwheels. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For extra color, use red or green tortillas.
  • Do not overfill to avoid soggy tortillas.
  • Slice pinwheels just before serving for best presentation.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
