Christmas Cranberry Roll Ups are a festive, make-ahead appetizer combining sweet-tart cranberries, creamy cheese, and savory herbs rolled in soft tortillas. Perfect for holiday parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or fresh for tangier flavor)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or parsley
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (dill, thyme, or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in cranberries, feta cheese, and green onions until evenly combined.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edges.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
  7. Arrange on a platter, garnish with parsley, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Microwave tortillas for 10–15 seconds if they feel stiff to prevent cracking.
  • Make up to 24 hours ahead and slice just before serving for the best presentation.
  • For extra crunch, toast nuts before adding to the filling.
  • Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free option.
