Chocolate Lasagna is a no-bake dessert made with layers of crushed Oreos, creamy sweetened cream cheese, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate chips. It’s a crowd-pleaser perfect for holidays, parties, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold milk (1% or 2%)
  • 12 oz Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk (1% or 2%)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush 36 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 tbsp milk and sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the Oreo crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with 3 1/4 cups cold milk until thickened.
  6. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use regular Oreos, not Double-Stuffed, for best crust texture.
  • Softened cream cheese prevents lumps in the filling.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor and structure.
  • Can substitute Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream.
  • Freezes well for up to one month if tightly wrapped.
