A creamy, fresh, and flavorful chicken salad recipe made with tender chicken, crunchy celery, grapes, and a tangy dressing. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or healthy meal prep lunches.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup grapes or apples, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice or shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Add celery, grapes, and red onion to the dressing and mix well.
  4. Fold the chicken into the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
