This homemade Big Mac Sauce is a creamy, tangy, and sweet burger condiment that mimics the iconic McDonald’s flavor. Perfect for burgers, fries, sandwiches, and more, it’s quick to make with pantry staples and easily customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired—add more vinegar for tang or more relish for sweetness.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
  4. Serve as a dipping sauce or burger spread.

Notes

  • Use full-fat mayo for the creamiest texture.
  • Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce for a spicier version.
  • Swap in Greek yogurt or vegan mayo for a lighter or plant-based version.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Do not freeze—texture may separate.
