This Baileys Fudge recipe is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert made with just four ingredients. Infused with Baileys Irish Cream, it’s perfect for holiday gifting, parties, or an indulgent treat at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy lifting.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir for 30 seconds until smooth. Reheat for 15–20 seconds if needed.
  4. Stir in the Baileys and optional vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out using parchment overhang, slice into 1-inch squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk.
  • For easier cutting, use a warm, sharp knife and clean it between slices.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for 3–4 weeks.
  • Freeze wrapped fudge for up to 2 months for longer storage.
  • Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
