Apricot Fruit Leather is a healthy homemade snack made by drying pureed apricots into soft chewy fruit sheets. It is naturally sweet and perfect for lunchboxes or travel snacks.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh apricots, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
Wash and pit the apricots, then chop them into small pieces.
Place the apricots in a blender with lemon juice and optional sweetener.
Blend until smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the apricot puree evenly across the tray.
Dry in an oven at 150°F for 4–6 hours or until the surface is dry but flexible.
Allow the fruit leather to cool.
Peel from the parchment paper and cut into strips.
Roll the strips and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use ripe apricots for the best flavor.
Spread the puree evenly for consistent drying.
If the leather feels sticky, allow more drying time.
