Apple Delight is a creamy, no-bake layered dessert made with a graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling, apple pie topping, and whipped topping. It’s an easy make-ahead dessert perfect for holidays or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package graham crackers (9 crackers)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cans apple pie filling (21 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse graham crackers and pecans until finely ground.
  3. Add sugar and melted butter, pulse to combine until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch dish evenly to form the crust.
  5. Bake crust for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
  6. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip (8 oz) until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Spread apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  11. Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.

Notes

  • Let the crust cool fully before adding other layers to avoid melting the filling.
  • Homemade apple pie filling can be used instead of canned.
  • Substitute Cool Whip with fresh whipped cream if desired.
  • To make nut-free, omit pecans entirely.
  • Best served chilled; do not freeze the assembled dessert.
